Centraltec GmbH – CT Flow

§ 1 Scope

These Terms of Service apply to use of the CT Flow platform by companies and their authorized users. Customer terms deviate only if we expressly agree in writing.

§ 2 Subject matter

CT Flow is a software-as-a-service solution for structured process capture, analysis and optimization with AI support. The specific scope of services depends on the selected plan.

§ 3 Registration and contract formation

Use requires registration. A usage contract is formed upon registration and email confirmation. For paid plans, the contract becomes effective upon successful payment.

§ 4 Customer obligations

The customer ensures that process and company data entered may be processed lawfully. AI-generated content must be reviewed before internal or external use.

§ 5 Availability and support

We strive for high platform availability. Maintenance windows and technical disruptions not attributable to us may temporarily limit use.

§ 6 Pricing and term

Prices and billing intervals are defined in the applicable pricing overview. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time.

§ 7 Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for damage to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical contract damage.

§ 8 Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

§ 9 Final provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Munich if the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law.
